The reason why we need to change that is we need to start seeing problems that we are faced with everyday as new opportunities, right, and a very good example I remember just yesterday after, as soon as I finished reading and puffing the recording episode was, if you didn't read the book. So today we are reading chapter eight, as I said in the chapter is called, thinking in the Certain Way,

You must form a clear and definitive mental picture of what you want. You cannot transmit an idea unless you have it yourself. You must have it before you can give it. If you do not have a purpose. You are on the wrong planet. The intrapreneurship, in terms of intrapreneurship, because purpose is what drives us forward in all our endeavours.

16:03 Right. And the next thing that I remember here is, you must work towards it. Right, imagination, without action. It's the same as dreaming. There is no magic involved, it's work. Right. And when I first got into the world of building businesses, one of the very first thing that I remember learning was your vision statement, your mission statement, and then I think there was also your goal. Something like that. There were several things but I think you'll go really stuck out as one of the key things that you really need to have on your mind at all times. Right. And so, this chapter really brings together the key and core fundamental of where you, your business really starts right. It starts with your very strong desire, right, of creating something, because when you're creating a business, you are creating something completely out of nothing, and it grows and it brings in new people, and it evolves, but over time. One of the biggest things that I've learned is that small businesses and big businesses they were all built, the way the.

17:26 Nobody builds a small business, and then it grows into big business, big businesses we build big and small businesses we build small, and that is the way things are. And one of the two things I wanted to do is I wanted to read the book, the intrapreneur myth by Michael Gerber, and the book.

17:48 Start with Why by Simon Sinek, those two books will be will make this chapter really irrelevant, they will open your world. They will open your mind into your into the world of business beyond imagining. Because, starting with why talks about purpose. The power of purpose and how it pushes intrapreneurs business owner, even presidents, even people who have set forward movements that have transformed our society to the way it is today. It all started with purpose, why, why, why, right. And so if you go into the world of creating something out of nothing.

18:33 Purpose is going to be the driving force of all of it, because everything is going to be hard. It's going to be difficult today is going to be roadblocks that were unforeseen and purposes we're going to push through all that.

18:48 Right, so those two books are very critical. Now the one thing, going back into my note I strained away from my notes there for a little bit. Now going back into my notes, one of the biggest thing that I'm seeing on this chapter as well, is the concept of hunger. Right. Do you want it bad enough that it's the only thing you think about in going through it is the only solution to move forward.

19:15 Do you want it that bad, because that makes all the difference in his success talk, Dan Locke talked about hunger, and he described hunger for success.

19:30 And he says, the difference between those who enjoy them, and those who don't, is not because one of them has a special talent or a special relationship, or all these other beautiful things that make you success.

19:46 He says, The reason, what makes one successful, and one other one not is not special connection, it's not all these resources can help, but it's hunger to want it bad enough that you're willing to put yourself through the headache.

20:11 And through all the struggles that it comes with wanting something great. Right. And so, and Coach Tony Robbins, wanting it hard enough is not enough.

20:25 You must be wanting it hard enough to do everything it takes to get it in quote Tony Robbins, Tony Robbins, one of the things that he says in one of his talks, is if you want the island, burn the boats.
