My Story

DJ is a globally recognised veteran management, organisational & leadership development specialist. He has a strong passion for business and people development.


He is the founder of The Leading Manager, an organisation focused on helping organisations employ and develop managers that deliver the future of the organisation and his services have been employed by reputable organisations across a wide range of industries including banking, mining, legal services, transport, media and government.

For 4 years he hosted the radio show - "Maximise Your Career Potential".

Since 2014, DJ has also been running Profit From Coaching, an organisation focused on helping heart-led coaches build a profitable, money making business around their passion for helping others.

Over 5,000 coaches from all over the world have gone through the Profit From Coaching Academy since it was launched.

DJ loves the Lord and he serves as the minister in charge of youth development at his local church, Gateway Chapel.

He is happily married to Buki and between them they have 2 wonderful children, Toluwani Mykaela, 19, and Tobiloba Joseph, 14.
